Ahead of The Fantastic 4's summer premiere, their home, The Baxter Building was listed on Zillow with first looks of the set before the film dropped.

Everything was kept in the film's retro-future MCU world from the shot-on-set home tour, to a full-page NYT ad, to a custom 1-800 number to schedule your own viewing.
To give Zillow voice in this MCU world, we invented a Zillow Partner Agent, Jack West to host our tours.
And because we partnered with Marvel to shoot on set with actors casted from the MCU universe, he's now technically a cannon character in Fantastic 4 lore.
To make it possible, Kasra Farahani, The Fantastic Four: First Steps production designer, was tapped to direct the work which unlocked access to the film set and crews to shoot our film.
We pulled up at the blue carpet premiere with a video booth activation and an invitation to tour the Baxter Building in the film's official comic print.
Made custom real estate brochures for the Baxter Building to hand out at Comic-Con.
Took out a full page in the NYT.
(The Baxter Building exists in NYC, roughly where the UN building sits on our timeline.)

And because we all loved Jack West so much, I made my very own, very unofficial, fan edit in his honor.
